The caretakers of the Jeeva samadhi temple of Ethiraja Swamigal, Erukkancheri, Chennai have expressed their will to install a life size statue of the saint in seated position. In fact without the saint’s will nothing will happen. It has been decided that a stone statue be installed atop His holy Samadhi. The cost of the statue is estimated to be around 1 lakh. Also, it is planned to do marble flooring on around His Samadhi and the estimated cost is about 1.1 lakh including laying cost.
