As a parent, give full freedom to your children. Do not force your ideas on your children. Do not make your children live for your unfulfilled dreams and goals. Treat everybody as equal.

Do not ever get into an argument with others. It is sheer waste of time. As a meditative person, do not follow any so called ritual. Do not stop any bad habit forcefully. As you meditate more and more, all the bad habits will fall off on its own.

At the finishing phase of meditation, pray for everyone. This will purify your mind. There should be no enemy list in your mind. Lifeless and empty people will drain you out easily. So never mingle with them.
