1. Meditation is the Master Key which will open all doors of your inner temple of awareness

2. Try to remain in meditative state all through the day

3. Rather than reacting to any situation, try to put your sword of consciousness  in to it and then act.

4. You should meditate in such a way that everyday you should sink deeper in to your consciousness.

5. You should try to sleep in a meditative way.

6. Enter in to nidra as if you are entering in to a temple.

7. Instead of worrying, ask all your questions in your inner silence, that why it has happened like that.
