I went to Sangupani Vinayagar temple in Kanchipuram yesterday (17/11/2024). This temple came into existence even before Ekambareshwarar and Kamatchi Amman temple. The moolavar is Svayambhu Vinayagar.
I meditated in the temple for a few minutes and felt the presence of Lord Vinayagar in his ethereal form. I prayed for his blessing to start my new found dream.
In this temple Lord Karthikeya stands alone without his weapon Vel and vagana peacock.
