Seven Points of Awareness

1. Keep the concentration on breathing

2. Observe the gap between two extremes (inhaling and exhaling)

3. Whatever might be the situation, whatever be the worries try to contemplate in ajna chakra

4. Even when you are in full rage, do it in Ajna Chakra

5. When you want to sleep, lie down in bed and put your concentration in ajna and go to sleep. The sleep will be of a very different quality which you never would have come across in your life. This type of sleep is called “Yoga nidra”

6. When you are after lust/pleasure etc., do so with your concentration focussed in Ajna chakra.

7. Try to live 24 hours in Ajna. It will make the flame of awareness shine brightly in you
